I'm Alex Madarang, founder of AXM Consulting.I spent the last decade in hospitality, events, and fitness—industries where things move fast and the books tend to fall behind. That meant learning to walk into chaos, figure out what's actually going on, and build something that works. Not just for month-end, but for the long haul.
